Shaded areas and generous spacing allow you to unplug, spread out, and enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. It’s a simple, peaceful way to reconnect with nature—whether you’re here for a night or a long weekend.

Skeenah Creek Campground offers a relaxed, accommodating setting for groups who want to camp together without feeling crowded. Open spaces, shared gathering areas, and a quiet natural backdrop make it easy to plan group meals, activities, and downtime. It’s a comfortable, low-key basecamp for clubs, reunions, and organized outings looking to enjoy the North Georgia mountains together.

"We loved our stay at Skeenah Campground and Mill. The historical 1800s mill provides a beautiful backdrop, and the Suches Valley location is perfect for visiting nearby Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and Dahlonega. It’s especially convenient in the fall, with easy access to apple orchards, pumpkin patches, and festivals. Both RVs and primitive campers are well-catered for, with full hookups and creekside sites available. A special shout-out to the kind and helpful owners who made our trip a breeze!"

"Skeenah Campground was just amazing!! My fiance and I stayed here for about 3 nights on our very first camper RV trip. This is the place that solidified our decision to become RVers! From the amazing staff - Terry, Mark, Brian to the amazing neighbors - Randy, Beth, JD, Joe and Laurie, we hope to continuously come back. Everyone here has such an immense love for Skeenah and the surrounding area that it truly is contagious! They helped us immensely on our first night as 2 naive kids underestimating burning a fire!
As a whole, Skeenah is amazing. The surrounding area was so great for exploring and fishing! We were able to see the fish hatchery, fish surrounding lakes and rivers! We went up to Blue Ridge, Brasstown Bald specifically which was beautiful and not too far. Had the privilege of going to the most beautiful look out one night. 10/10 experience!"

"We only stayed for a couple of nights, but Skeenah Creek quickly became one of our favorite campgrounds! Our tent site was perfect, and the hosts went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The barn tour was fascinating, and seeing the pottery made on-site was such a unique touch. The evening bonfire brought everyone together for a fun, cozy night under the stars. Skeenah Creek is truly one of the most beautiful spots in Fannin County — we can’t wait to come back!"
